Getting to Cancun was quiet the "trip"
I got the stomach flu exactly like Z did the previous week.
Let me tell you, traveling with an upset stomach is literally the worst.
But I totally could not have gotten through that first day without Z, the sweet flight attendants or the nurse that conveniently happened to be sitting in the seat behind us.
As soon as we landed + got through customs I could not wait to see our hotel.
As soon as I saw this view it definitely made me feel a whole lot better.
As soon as we got settled in our room we changed + headed straight to the beach!
After we played on the beach for a bit we went straight to the hotel restaurant right on the water!
Our food was so fresh + so yummy!
We wanted to try some new food so we got a seafood trilogy that included Octopus!
We had a pretty good first "evening" after the travel day that we had lol
