best taco chili E V E R

so being newlyweds with a brand new puppy on a sleep schedule
i feel like there is rarely time for us to cook together very much anymore
let alone eat at the same time sitting at the table
because somehow kahlia knows thats our time
but hey i would rather have her pee outside than inside thats for sure.
anyways getting back to this amazing food!
i tried my hand at making something in the crockpot earlier in the afternoon
while both my babe's slept.
it was the easiest prep i have done.
the recipe asked me to cook on low for 7-8 hours
but i just didn't have the time for that.
sooo i cooked on high for 4 hours.
still a m a z i n g.
so heres the recipe and i hope you all enjoy
because we sure did
(especially since this picture was taken the next day for lunch leftovers)

i never knew why bloggers put the novel of what they did to prepare the meal on their site
before all of the ingredients that go in it.
thats all I'm looking for on their blog!
so here are the ingredients first ;]

ingredients:
1lb. ground turkey, cooked + drained
1 can sweet corn (don't drain)
1 can black beans (don't drain)
1 can red kidney beans (don't drain)
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
1 cup salsa
3 tbsp of taco seasoning
1 tsp salt

toppings:
avocado
sour cream
tortilla strips
shredded cheese

directions:
in a large crockpot (or slow cooker) combine cooked ground turkey, corn, black beans, kidney beans, tomato sauce, salsa, taco seasoning + salt. stir all ingredients so they are well combined and leave on high for 4 hours or on low for 7.
when the time is up enjoy! don't forget to add those toppings

xoxo
